Hammered Pumpkin Tutorial – Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalog

I hope I convinced you of your ‘need’ for the Brick & Mortar 3D Folder last week during my video series on How To Use Embossing Folders.  You know, the one that ended last week?  Then it didn’t.

It didn’t end because I got this FABULOUS folder as part of my Holiday Catalog 2019 preorder.

Before I get going I do want to post these two cards – the top one is my original card and just under is the one I made during the video tutorial.

If you notice the Peacock strip – I do talk in the tutorial that I had changed my mind and wanted to flip the piece over – I liked the reverse side of the Hammered Metal.  I think it looks like a row of paved rocks that you might take out on a fall’s day walk to the pumpkin patch.  Yes?  I just wanted these two cards together so you could see the two sides of the Folder.

The Stamp Set – Harvest Hellos – is the only stamp set used.  It will do pumpkins AND apples.

I used the Blends to color in one full pumpkin (but they ARE used on all of the pumpkins!) and then punched them with the bundled Apple Builder Punch.  They are paper pieced back together.  Super Simple….but maybe a whole lot easier when NOT filming it, lol.
