Today’s tutorial features one of the catalog’s more unique bundles. You will find so many ways to use it. Take a look here:
The papers are so pretty…and will give the bundle that Northern Lights feel…but combining the stamps and dies with outdoorsy paper you can get a whole new twist on them!
But – the aurora is perfect for winter, colder nights and all kinds of masculine projects.
This project uses a template from the front of the Holiday Catalog. Do you find yourself stuck for a good pattern sometimes? Make sure to check out the templates! They are especially good if you are wanting to use up small scrap size pieces of paper that was too pretty to throw out but not really large enough to do much with.
A sparkling Northern Lights card seemed like it was perfect for some of my DIY Shimmer solution. I didn’t add a lot, but enough that it makes the stars feel like they are shining!

The large block is 4×4 and then I stamped the sentiment and made that the basis for the rest of the blocks. you just need them to be 2 of a similar size and then 2 smaller (but same size) I didn’t measure, I just based it off that first one.
