Back again with the Lovely Arrangements bundle – this time I paired it with the February Product of the Month paper. Stunning results!
Stamping the flowers on the Peacock paper and then coloring them in again called for a base – like the Crumb Cake card I made earlier this week with the same set.
Don’t you love the stark white outline on the rich colors?
The paper works really well with the circle die for lots of impact layer!
We have transitioned from the snow of winter to the start of a rain filled spring. I wanted the ‘illusion’ of the Painted Illusions paper to be wet, which is done with clear embossing powder.
A HUGE tip when working with two colors of powder on one project – especially white and clear – make sure to keep them apart AND use the right one! It would be a disaster to cover the paper in white powder!!
I don’t have the shopping list for this project, I am still under the weather and have stamp camp so I just didn’t get to it.
