LAST DAY TO Register (if you want a packet) for my fun Spring into Warmth online retreat.
It’s a beautiful Spring day in Indy! Easter is just around the corner.
Today’s card features a fun way to create your own DIY Easter Egg embellishments.
With the use of the Abstract Beauty paper, it’s just 2 simple stamps and some very simple coloring and the card takes just mere minutes to make!
This is a super fun card for those of you in my Card Club – you have ALL you need to make it from your January and February packets!
This paper starts out with a ‘smudgy’ effect – so I added some slate blends and color lifter to have my sweet bunny match!
Snag your fun thank you gifts (see below). Gifts accumulate if you order more than 1 time during the month.
If any individual order is over $150, don’t use the Host Code as you get Host benefits from Stampin’ Up! (but you will get your gifts from me!)
March Host Code: UWAEYKPX

Hi Cheri,
Yesterday and today I watched your 3 unique YouTube videos called ART of STAMPING Series. LOVIN’ your ideas for all three cards…Olive Branch, Perfect Pomegranate and Wonderful World stamp sets. As time moves along I want to incorporate as many of your techniques as possible as I make cards for Veterans.
You taught so many techniques in those 3 videos..it was like attending Art Classes !! I plan to watch them again and take notes and make sketches. Thank you so much for doing the videos
I am one of 8 ladies who have been making patchwork quilts for American Veterans since 2007. We finished 49 quilts since Jan. 01, 2022. Tomorrow, July 27th, is our July Quilting Bee and I’ll be bringing home the newest quilts. It has been a JOY to be the one who distributes the quilts.
Betty and I make greeting cards and we put 10 assorted cards in each Gift Pack which is given to the Veteran along with their quilt. Most of our quilts are presented to Veterans BY Veterans.
This year we are giving 36″ square floral fabric quilts to Female Veterans ( 6 of them were the Amputee Vets who live temporarily at a Rehab House near The Milwaukee VA Hospital ). Since 2021 we’ve been giving our 42×58″ quilts to Veterans who serve in our local town as Firemen, Policemen, USPS Postal Workers and Sheriff’s Deputies. This is an ongoing project to show honor to them for their Military sacrifice and for their ongoing service to our communities.
When I find a great model….and your cards offered 3 great models….I am very thankful for YouTube videos on the internet, Stampin’Up! ladies who post their inspiring models and all the ways The LORD helps us to keep going. We truly LOVE our assignment and are so thankful to have been called to bless Veterans in a personal way.
Perhaps you have a place where you donate your retired SU products, but in case you are looking for a “GOOD HOME” for your excess items you are welcome to send them to us. Thank you for considering my request.
If you would like a 36″ floral fabric quilt send free of charge to a Female Veteran of your choice please feel free to request one. Betty pays the postage and we have a few extra quilts “in house” right now.
Shalom,
