You know those weeks when you are so super busy that you can’t imagine fitting in one more activity. Then it’s over and you look back with a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. That was last week. We had our Live Demonstrator event for all demonstrators that wanted to come from all around the Indiana area. Such a good time. Quite a bit of work (but the fun kind!).
Then you have the week following. It feels like it should be far less busy – but in reality – us girls know that is never the case, right?! This week I have a ton of catching up to do with my regular things AND we have to get all of the goodies, packets and videos done for the Online versions of the class that we have. So…maybe next week, lol.

Since the theme of the event was all things Holiday Catalog I had found these fun little Joanna Gaines Hand & Harth enamelware candles at Target. We decorated them for Fall, Christmas and this was the Halloween. With the ribbon – you can just slide off the tags and switch out the season so easily for one candle that could easily get you through Valentines! (be watching – I will keep it going for you with future tutorials!)
But once I created the fun little ‘faux hologram’ embellishment I knew I wanted to use him again on a card.
It is hard to get a picture of two of them at one time – because to get one straight on – the other one is looking at you!!
I love to make cards that are unique. These have a fun feel and can be easily adapted to picture frames, scrapbook pages and Halloween party decor.
The style of this stamp set and dies reminds me of the Tower of Terror and the Haunted Mansion at Disney. Love the waiting room – where the pictures ‘move’ and all eyes are watching you!

Registration information for our SUPER EXCITING – not a card in sight! – stamping event to be held in conjunction with ONStage in Lansing in November! We will be hosting it at the Radisson, so very near to the Stampin’ Up! venue. We will show you some out of the box ways to use your stamping supplies to create fun products for you, your downline and your customers. Space will be very limited due to the conference room we are renting at the hotel. Lisa Fast will be joining the Creating and Sharing team – she will be presenting her Million Dollar sales stamp in Lansing!
You do NOT have to be a demonstrator to attend. So, if you have a local friend who would like to attend, they are more than welcome!
Projects will NOT be cards and will not be Holiday Catalog based. We hope to have access to one Occasions stamp set (cross our fingers). Ideas will be ones you can easily take home and immediately use for customer, downline, family gifts or classes.
