Today’s tutorial feels MUCH MORE like when I do my online classes. I realized as I started making the project that there was going to be a whole lot of information to share.
The card is quick – but the video is filled with tips and tricks.
Here you go:
First – the card and the Sale-a-bration part of it!
I wanted to use the Oh So Ombre Designer Series Paper – it’s FREE and a great little 6×6 stack. I know many of you love it since it has been one of the most popular selections this Sale-a-Bration.
I had been wanting to ‘tye dye’ the Many Messages die cuts for some time and the Ombre paper is a perfect match for this.
You need to choose something that has enough colors (but not to many) and that will complement (but not compete) with your tags.
This paper fits all of that!
See what I mean? Those tags are custom made (literally!) to go with this paper! The paper will give you so many backgrounds…and you know you get MANY messages to choose from. What a fun gift of cards you could give to someone. Bonus is that they take very little time to put together.
I had already filmed a “tips and tricks’ video for the Many Messages in the past. But it was the first time I used it. Since then I have used it several more times. We have also used it at camp. I always love to see others use my things, it helps me help you in using them!
Your dies should cut on ONE pass through your machine! If not, then let’s figure out why. It’s not the dies, we just need to tweak what you are doing.
