Today’s tutorial takes one of the projects from January’s Try It and uses the PDF and brand new sneak peak product to recreate the card into something new!

I hope that all of you who have participated in any (all!) of the past 5 years of Try It classes sometimes pull out your PDF books and use them like this!

It’s so easy when you may be stuck for an idea to at least have a jumping off point and pull out a suite of products and do a simple swap out.

Of course, Try It has no stamping so it’s fun when you are using mainly the template ideas to add some stamped images in place of what in the original class we may have just used fussy cut imagery. Here, too, I added an inside greeting with stamps.

The original card relied on some pretty DSP but here I used one of the cocktail/mocktail glasses and accessories (although so hard to choose, since the bundle gives you so many to pick from!) for the fun focal point.

Staying exactly the same to the original was the upside down layered Arch dies. Aren’t you loving using these?
