Amazon Finds for Shimmer Technique

I ordered this set on my very first order that I put in with the 2025-2026 Annual Catalog. Then life went literally bonkers around here.  Then Stampin’ Up! had the (great) Suite Sale….then the Washi tape went on backorder (and since designing the card, the dies now are too!).

BUT the bundle is so lovely (thus the backorders) and I want to start stamping with some of the July releases….. It became a now or never time to use it!  I have this card and then TWO others that are ready to go – so make sure to check back for those tutorials as well.

Good news is that all elements show availability again in July.  (It’s the perfect time to use the new “Notify Me” feature on my website, you will get an email when items are back in stock!)

Those of you in Card Club will recognize both the folder and the oval die from the last two months.

Check the catalog samples for how beautiful this bundle is when creating with it on Basic White cardstock.  I wanted to try some different looks, so none of mine will be on white!

I did, however, want to have some white elements.  Using the White Craft pad I painted the flowers and highlighted the lovely trellis folder.

When you color on cardstocks other than white, it is fun to see what it does to the ink colors!  While still vibrant and bright, the Lemon Lime Twist especially is more muted.

One note with this bundle – the actual bundle includes the stamps/die and the washi tape is available separately.  Check back next week for my washi tape card!
