Summer always hits with such a surprise! Especially this special year of 2020….it was all grey and gloomy this spring and then we woke one day and it’s nearly the middle of June and it’s glorious summer! A good reminder that the sun does always come out. Today’s card will cheer you up…. If you are not a cocktail drinker – remember the set I am using has 3 other options – so you can make the same card with Coffee, Cookies AND Chocolate!
I did mean to take a picture of the ‘first’ card. In the video this is as much a tutorial on how to switch up a card that just isn’t “quite there” to get it to the place that you like it. My first attempt just wasn’t wowing me. I switched up some simple things, added the black, made my drink magenta and used a different folder. All of which were subtle changes – but helped with the overall end result.
I can tell that the Water Painters will quickly become one of my most used tools in my Stampin’ Stash! As I plan ahead to my July Specials expect to see them make an appearance!! For all the products used on this card – keep scrolling!
