Today I use the Painted Seasons paper….with the stamp as intended – no mushrooms, no whimsical animals – just the lovely fern. And lovely it is!
The name of the technique is just something I totally made up, lol. And….really, there are two techniques in the card.
First – to get the fern to stamp and match the one on the paper – it takes a little stamp and color with some inks and shimmer.
Then – to ADD some mushrooms (because, you know, obsessed) I came up with my very own technique to get those little babies on there and make them look like there were there all along.
I think it works! I realized, too, that this card actually is able to show off more of the paper than my others were because the paper just seems to be Everywhere. And I like it.
A few notes:
If you love this look – the stamps, the paper and ESPECIALLY the dies. Remember, they are most certainly gone by the end of the month. But, they are while supplies last – so it could quite possibly be much sooner than that. If you love them – don’t delay. I have one more card coming your way that will feature the Succulent stamp and paper from the set.
Here are the ways you can get what’s included with the Painted Seasons:
*Just the paper – free with $50 purchase
*Paper AND stamps – free with $100 purchase
*Dies – purchase only
tomorrow I will be back with that one last video featuring them – and I will try and compile most of what I have – if that doesn’t push you over the edge…we will move on to some other goodies I have in store!
Next – if you DID miss out on the Frog Dies – then make sure to check back one post here. I don’t have any actual Framelits to sell – but I am selling die CUTS for a very limited time. Just go back to the previous post and find all the info there.
