Today’s video is just a repost of Friday’s Facebook Live.
I usually try to re-film the projects so they can be seen from a better angle and fill the entire screen for YouTube after I do my Lives – but because I used several retiring products – I am not sure I will get to them before they may be gone.
This project in particular is adorable – so I wanted to at least get it out there for you! BUT – the video also includes sneak peeks of new products, a card made with the Incredible Like You Project Kit (see more about it below – it’s also retiring and won’t have any other videos – its fabulous!) AND some more dyed ribbons! When you don’t get to a FB Live (or it’s replay, you do miss a lot of good information!
This card uses some paper piecing – which is always such fun to do. I used all of these retiring products: the Big Shot, Wood Designer Series Paper, Ruffled Embossing Folder, Perfectly Paired Stamp set. Good news – the ribbon is staying (and here is dyed Mango) and the second set of Watercolor pencils that had been available back in the fall will be in the new catalog!
The stamp set is a super sweet one. This card here is the only time I had used it previously. It is from our shoebox swap way back in January and was actually designed by my daughter. This one was colored with Blends.
The video includes several tips and tricks for getting a more pastel look for the Baby card AND for helping you when paper piecing so your final project is pieced by looks like 1!
And let’s all do a happy dance for how this Dyed Ribbon absolutely overtook my life this week, lol.
