December Thank You gifts are above. When shopping online at www.cheri.stampinup.net make sure to use this month’s Host Code WSUSHDHV at checkout to redeem your gifts!
If your order is over $150 – no need to use the code, as you will get free gifts from Stampin’ Up and I will STILL send you your gifts from me! Thank you gifts are for orders placed on my website or via phone. Those participating in classes or in club get their ‘gifts’ in other ways : )
Please note: Monthly thank you gifts with Host Code are for purchases made via phone orders or online and not for classes, clubs or retreats. You get your own bonus goodies in those events.

My Try It Class is now about 2/3 full. These are my most popular classes of the year! In today’s tutorial get a peek at some past projects and a past pdf book! Then go here to get your spot before they are all gone!
Recently Stampin’ Up! hosted an online class on using the Soft Pastels. (one of the many fun perks of being a Demonstrator!). I was asked to be one of 4 who shared some techniques and ways to create fun projects with the Pastels.
This card is the last that I shared that night – bonus that it includes 2 ways to use the pastels. Click back a couple of days to see the others.
Just a couple of quick things about my upcoming Holiday week office hours:
FREE $20 merchandise coupon that came with your catalog starts Dec 18
Out of Office – Dec 18 – Dec 27.
In office on a half day basis – Dec 28 – Dec 30
Out of Office – Dec 31 – Jan 2
For the background – I started with the Pearlescent paper and alcohol. I was obsessed with this technique earlier this year, but this time I used the Pastels in place of the ink refills.
The amount of chalk that is on the background is so pretty and the mix of the alcohol adds some new color blending as it mixes. BUT, it does need to be set, so I added clear and then gold embossing powder to take care of that issue.
That also adds to the fun art style background.
For the focal image I used Heat and Stick powder and a mix of scrapings of the greens on top of that. You can see the different color combinations from the 2 times I did it – all from which of the greens you add more of.
These techniques are perfect for this new upcoming Artfully Layered bundle. Find it in the upcoming January 2022 Catalog. Let me know if you need one!
Those of you who have gotten your catalog from me….don’t forget to redeem that coupon for your free items! This would be a great time to get those pastels!!
Now open for Registration. The Jan – June Try It Class. This class has filled in the past – registration will close if it has not filled by Jan 1 2022. Don’t miss your chance to create 10 projects while trying all the new papers, ribbons and embellishments in the new catalogs. More information can be found here:
If you have not ever purchased or have not purchased recently – and would like a catalog, let me know and I can add you to my list.
