As part of my Sale-a-bration wind down series today we re-visit a project I made that posted while I was away on my recent vacation!

We stayed at the Animal Kingdom Lodge at Disney. What fun to wake up and have all kinds of savannah animals literally outside your window!

Here are some of the views from the porch in our room.

It is a lovely property – they have it themed so you feel like you have truly stepped foot into Africa.

And the food at the resort is FAB U LOUS!! Oh my goodness!!!

While it is on the Disney property it is often chosen as one of the Top Ten Hotels in the world – not just as a Disney hotel.

We spent a day at each of the parks as well as some shopping and wandering the resort.

We had not been to Hollywood since they added the Star Wars section – that was a lot of fun.

So…as I was preparing tutorials to post while we were away it is easy to see how my mind went to the Safari Minnie theme!

The last time we had been to Disney was in 2018 (trips in 2020 were…you know…cancelled…).

That year I went two times over the span of two weeks! One trip was about 10 days with my family and then I returned just days later with the wonderful ladies on my Stampin’ Up! team!!

We were there for the 30th anniversary of Stampin’ Up! It was a crazy fun convention of Demonstrators from all around the globe!

There are SO many benefits to being a Demonstrator – the best is the friendships that you make!

We will ‘gather’ again soon (albeit virtually) in November, but I am so ready for some huge Stampin’ Up! events soon….
