Today’s tutorial features a “background” stamp.

It’s one large stamp that covers the entire card.  You can use it multiple ways, for all the seasons.

My first love in stamping will always be my watercolor pencils.  They are the first coloring tool I used 30 years ago.  Then I only used them with a paintbrush, but because this card was stamped on vanilla cardstock I chose the Blender Pen.

They give you more control and eliminate the chance for your cardstock to pill.

I tried out 2 different embossing folders and 2 different embellishments.  You can easily switch the seasons out by adjusting the color of the ground and brightening up the cardstock choice.  I have so many ideas for all these sets, but you know…truly so little time!

This one sure is fun to work with though!
