If you are a fan of the Frosted Floral paper that was in the Stampin’ Up! Holiday catalog – you are going to have fun with this technique. You can create your own – and I didn’t even use the paper to do it (you could, but I used the stamps!). Today I used the new Painted Seasons Bundle. This bundle is FREE with a $100 purchase!

Photos just can’t capture just how pretty the shimmer is on the flowers. Since I was using the shimmer paint as my ‘watercolor’ medium it is a really pretty effect. It is much like the Frosted Floral DSP that we had recently, that we all fell in love with!
