This week has been a rough one. I have been over here in my little studio hanging out pretending that it's 2001.....I have been having issues with internet for the last couple of months and after it dropped so severely during my last couple of Facebook Lives that it cut the coverage all together I decided that I needed to take the time and deal with AT&T. HOURS on the phone over a 2 day span resulted in numerous "line testings" on their end til they tested so many times that it … [Read more...] about Candy Jar with Country Lane Suite and Country Home Stamp Set

Petal Promenade and Floral Frames Bundle – an ode to 90's Fashion – and an upcoming Facebook Live!
So - today's project all stems from this picture above. It was a text that we got in our never ending girlfriend group text. We get together most weeks to stamp, eat, and generally work on our stamping business. (I know - we have the best job ever). We have some large shadow box frames that we change seasonally. Susan had started this one and the plan was maybe to finish off what she had started. When she sent what she had started - I had a sense of deja vu.... I … [Read more...] about Petal Promenade and Floral Frames Bundle – an ode to 90's Fashion – and an upcoming Facebook Live!

Nativity and New Year Luminaries – Easy way to add celebration DIY handmade ambiance to your holidays!
Yesterday I shared the video of how to make these simple luminaries using Stampin' Up's Hearts Come Home Dies.Today - I have the same concept - I just switched up the dies. The first uses the Bethlehem Nights die for a lovely little Nativity. There are two dies that have Eastern skylines, but I just used one and cut off the parts that I needed.I mounted the star on the front and the Family on the back - gold side facing front. A fun alternate for these would be for each piece to … [Read more...] about Nativity and New Year Luminaries – Easy way to add celebration DIY handmade ambiance to your holidays!
Christmas and Seasonal Handmade Luminaries – Countdown to Christmas Projects
These have been one of those projects I tucked inside my head the second I saw the incredibly wonderful and versatile House dies last summer. It is one of the Pick your Projects for next week's LAST class for 2017. We spent a week in Iceland last spring and these houses just remind me of the trip and so many of the decorations we saw there. Of course it was the start of spring - but even in late March/early April - Iceland still ......had a Christmas feel to it, lol. In case you never make … [Read more...] about Christmas and Seasonal Handmade Luminaries – Countdown to Christmas Projects

If I got every. last. thing. done. then I could stay at home all day on Saturday and cross thing after thing after thing off of my gigantic to do list.Best Laid Plans. Especially of mothers. If you don't have kids and plan to one day. You just wait.I got home from my very long Friday of errands - and my child slips in the little tidbit that "someone" will need to run her … [Read more...] about Saturday Shopping
